Ingredients for Vegetable Macaroni Recipe
Macaroni - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1
Cauliflower - half cup finely chopped
Tomatoes - 2
Carrots - 1- 2
Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato sauce - 3-4 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - less than four teaspoons
Salt - small spoon or as per taste
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
How to Make Indian Style Vegetable Macaroni Recipe?
Step 1:- First prepare the macaroni by boiling, put 2-3 cups of water in a vessel, and keep it for boiling.
Step 2:- After the water comes to boil, add 1 teaspoon oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and macaroni and let it boil for 10-12 minutes and keep stirring occasionally.
Step 3:- Wash and dry all the vegetables of capsicum, carrots, tomatoes, and cabbage and prepare them finely by chopping them.
Step 4:- The macaroni is ready, sieve it with a sieve and remove the water, and set it aside.
Step 5:- Put oil in a pan and heat it; When the oil is hot, add the ginger paste to it, add finely chopped green chilies and fry it lightly. Now add finely chopped carrots and capsicum and fry it a little bit.
Step 6:- After the vegetables are crushed, add cabbage and tomatoes and fry them for 2 minutes.

Step 7:- Add salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, and tomato sauce to the vegetables and cook a little while mixing them well.
Step 8:- Now mix the macaroni in it and mix some green coriander and cook the macaroni with vegetables while running for 1 minute.
Step 9:- Hot veg macaroni is ready. Take it out on a plate and garnish with green coriander. Serve and eat delicious macaroni.
